What we build.

Most of our work replaces a spreadsheet, a paper form or a chain of emails with software that fits how the business runs.

Web apps & portals

Customer and agent portals, staff dashboards, booking and job systems, catalogue builders and point-of-sale. Built for the people who use them every day, on desktop and phone.

  • An agents portal for a property investment company
  • A catalogue builder and project management system for a breeding programme
  • A point-of-sale system for retail

Websites

Business websites that load fast, read clearly and are easy to keep up to date. Accessible, search-friendly, and built to turn a visit into an enquiry.

  • Company and service websites
  • Landing pages for campaigns
  • Rebuilds of slow or outdated sites

Integrations

We connect the systems you already use so information is entered once: accounting, payments, CRM, email, and the APIs your suppliers provide.

  • Syncing orders or jobs between systems
  • Automated emails and notifications
  • Importing and cleaning existing data

Hosting & support

We host what we build on reliable infrastructure, keep it patched and backed up, and fix things when they break. The accounts are in your name.

  • Monitoring and backups
  • Security updates
  • Small changes and improvements

How a project runs.

  1. A first call

Thirty minutes to understand the problem, who it affects and what a good result looks like.

  2. A written scope and quote

What we will build, in plain language, with a price and a timeline before any work starts.

  3. Build in stages

Short stages with a working version you can try early, so feedback shapes the result.

  4. Launch and support

We launch, train your team, and stay on to host, maintain and improve it.

Questions we hear.

How much does a project cost?

It depends on the scope. After the first call you get a written quote, and no work starts until you have agreed to it.

How long does it take?

A business website usually takes a few weeks. Web apps and portals take longer and are delivered in stages, so you can use parts of them sooner.

Who owns the code?

You do. The code, the domain and the hosting accounts are in your name, and everything is documented so any developer could pick it up.

Can you take over an existing system?

Yes. We start with a short review of what is there, then recommend whether to fix it, extend it or replace it.

Where are you based?

New Zealand. We work with clients across New Zealand and Australia, mostly remotely.
